Processing Time
All orders placed through Panoraa require a processing time of 15 to 20 days before shipment. This processing period applies to all products and begins once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. Orders cannot be expedited, rushed, or prioritized under any circumstances.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Products will only be shipped to the exact address provided by the customer at the time of checkout. No changes, corrections, edits, or updates to the shipping address will be accepted after the order has been placed. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete. Panoraa is not liable for delays, lost packages, failed deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Shipping and Delivery
Once the processing period is complete, your order will be shipped using the method selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control. Panoraa is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier’s system.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If a package is lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Panoraa will not issue refunds or replacements. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for paying any reshipping fees. Panoraa is not responsible for carrier errors, delivery attempts, or delays caused by weather, customs, or other external factors.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Panoraa does not cover or reimburse any customs-related fees.
