Refund policy
Returns
We have a 10‑day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, undamaged, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return. Please note that the cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees. To start a return, contact us at kaurpreetpawan2003@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 5‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet all standard return conditions: unworn, unused, undamaged, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
